Absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities was impressive, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city's attractions. I can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories at this exceptional hotel. This is a typical Asian budget hotel. The room was OK but needed lots of maintenance. Everything was loose or ready to fall apart. The TV had no signal but that wasn't the issue here. We misplaced our room key and the young lady at the desk would not offer any help. We were told to come back in two hours, which wasn't going to work for us as we wanted an early start the next day. We asked for a manager and was told there isn't one till Monday (two day from now) we asked for maintenance to unlock the room but she was more interested in her Face Book page than solving our problem. This hotel is a clear example of how not to manage and run a tourist business. Very disappointed. Even the breakfast sucked. Stay anywhere else but here.

I stayed at this inn about 1 week ago after I leave my room and then housekeeping was clean in my room I noticed I miss my Samsung charger for my earphones when I complained to manager he said I’ll find for you until now still miss it they always say repeatedly to me I’ll find and ask housekeeping for you so many time so sadly now I come back to my country and don’t have any solution for me 😔😔

Had a unexpectedly disappointing time durink check-in. We had to leave the place (cancelled the booking) after changing to 7 rooms with in firat few hours we check-in. Rooms where not well prepared. In our last room we changed, when we openned TV remove, it was full with ants. Totally got fed up of that place, and immediately wanted to go to another hotel.

I stay very often. Around 8 10 times a year. The hotel is convenient as per my requirements. All the staff are very helpful friendly and welcoming. Specially P Uthen, the security officer who goes the extra mile to ensure the safety and comfort of the guests. Is open to communicate with and is very helpful. If anything I would like to see an improvement in the housekeeping.
